High End Residential Design

One out of the 6 penthouses at the Shun Tak / Hong Kong Land, One Central mix use development was converted into a fully fit out show apartment.

Simon, whilst under contract to LRF HK, was responsible for the entire design and in some cases replanning of this extensive penthouse over looking the South China Sea.

The kitchen was fully redesigned with a Dada kitchen and all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas completely remodelled to cater for the high net worth market of Macau.

With its own pool on the top floor, games room and 4 bedrooms all with ensuites, the penthouse provided excellent living and entertaining potential.
