At the once school of Charlie Chaplin, this central London apartment received a complete refurbishment in early 2019.

In the old boiler room basement we created out of the existing bathroom, a new industrial style shower room. On the mezzanine we enlarged the existing WC into a ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom.

A full redecoration, electrical and heating overhaul was undertaken to bring the apartment up to date.

The introduction of new Dieter Ram shelving provided a private but connected work space to the cavernous entertainment space at basement level. Work to be completed includes a new full apartment sound system and all new LED lighting and control system throughout.
