This was our young clients first house purchase back in November of 2021. We begun the refurbishment design work in early 2022. This included a complete new extended kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, moving the family bathroom out of a rear bedroom and creating an ensuite to the master bedroom and new family bathroom. We navigated the client through structural alterations and building control approvals.
